YES - LOVE WILL FIND A WAY (1987) hit #30

Album: Big Generator (1987)

I discovered Yes in 1984 with their hit Owner Of A Lonely Heart but it was their 2nd new single Leave It that had my intrigued. I bought the album new at a Mac's Convenience store in about May 1984 on Ruth Street and they had a record promotion and also had a Yes plastic drink cup I got as well. Over the next 7 months I would buy every Yes album. So I learned their first 15 years of material all in 1984 just as I was entering high school.  Yes would quickly become my 2nd favorite band of all time.   I saw Bill Bruford live in concert in 1992 and chatted with him for a moment.  My wife bought tickets to see Yes in 2008 in Toronto but the concert was cancelled due to Jon Anderson's vocal problems.  We flew to New York in 2011 to see Jon Anderson solo in concert.  Members of Yes are my favorite musicians ever including Rick Wakeman, Trevor Rabin, Steve Howe and Chris Squire.

Love Will Find a Way" is a song by the progressive rock band Yes, from their 1987 album Big Generator. It was released as the first single from that album, reaching number 30 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart in late 1987. It also topped the U.S. Mainstream Rock chart, holding onto the number one spot for three weeks.   Yes guitarist and singer Trevor Rabin originally wrote the song for singer Stevie Nicks to perform; however, Yes drummer Alan White encouraged Rabin to let Yes record the song instead, which they did.   "Love Will Find a Way" was the fifth of six Yes singles to crack the U.S. Top 40; it has been featured on several of Yes' later compilations, including the box sets Yesyears and In a Word: Yes (1969–). A video for the song is also included on Yes' Greatest Video Hits.

Yes are an English rock band who achieved worldwide success with their progressive, art, and symphonic style of rock music. Regarded as one of the pioneers of the progressive genre, Yes are known for their lengthy songs, mystical lyrics, elaborate album art, and live stage sets. Seventeen musicians have been a part of the band's line-up, with its current form comprising singer Jon Davison, bassist Chris Squire, guitarist Steve Howe, drummer Alan White, and keyboardist Geoff Downes. Yes have sold 13.5 million certified units in the United States.

YOKO ONO - GIVE ME SOMETHING (1980)

Album:  Double Fantasy (1980)

This was the very first Beatles related album I ever owned (tied with Mind Games).  My mother did own Rubber Soul but when John Lennon died my mom took me to Midtown Plaza to the record shop to buy a John Lennon record.   All his classic albums were sold out except for Mind Games and Double Fantasy so those are the 2 she bought me on approximately December 11th 1980 at age 9 when I was in Grade 4 and that began my obsession with The Beatles and rock music.

December 15th 1990 - my #2 favorite daily song for 4 days at age 19 in 2nd year university honoring the 10th anniversary of John Lennons death.

Give Me Something" is a song by Yoko Ono, originally released in 1980 on John Lennon and Ono's duet album Double Fantasy. The song appeared in Ono's off-Broadway musical New York Rock and her compilation albums Walking on Thin Ice and Onobox. In 2010, the Junior Boys remix of the song was released as a free download on MySpace Music and RCRD LBL.

"Give Me Something" was written by Yoko Ono, while the music, like the rest of the songs on Double Fantasy, was produced by John Lennon, Ono, and Jack Douglas. Ono stated in an interview that "Give Me Something" was written as "feeling that I had about society. [...] We’re all getting very cold now as a society." Ono further explained the song's theme of coldness to Spinner: "I remember I was envisioning a gray, cold city with people walking with hands in their pockets and putting the collars of their coats up."

Larry Fitzmaurice from Pitchfork Media described the original version as a "spiky new-wave tune featuring a particularly angry vocal performance," but commented that the Junior Boys "smooth out some of the tune's rougher edges, morphing Ono's cries into elastic bursts and turning the track into a Danceteria-worthy disco jam."  The song became Yoko Ono's fourth consecutive number-one hit on the Billboard Hot Dance Club chart

LUTHA - I ONLY WANNA BE WITH YOU (1972)

Album:  20 Studio One Hits (1972) various artists compilation from New Zealand

Lutha released a full length album in 1972 including this song.

September 12th 1988 - my #8 favorite daily song for 4 days at age 17 the fall after graduating high school however I chose to take another full year of classes at Nutana just for something to do and landed up having way more credits than I needed for University.    I was very busy writing songs everyday at this time and also publishing my monthly fanzine called Yesterday and Today about the history of rock music which I sold in local record shops in tribute to my great grandmother "Nanny" (Marie Brown) who had passed away on July 14th 1988.

September 2010 - age 39 living at Ave M South married to Valerie for 3 years and Nicholas was now 4 and performing a full year now at the Dueling Pianos show with Mark Zielke.

This was a unique album from New Zealand showing many up and coming music stars in various genres.  My grandma had this record but not sure if she brought it back from New Zealand as a souvenir OR if she just had bought it at a local garage sale but I eventually took it and loved some of the songs on this rare album.

LED ZEPPELIN - LIVING LOVING MAID (1969)

Album:  Led Zeppelin II (1969)

Living Loving Maid (She's Just a Woman)" is a song by the English rock band Led Zeppelin from their album Led Zeppelin II, released in 1969. It was also released as the b-side of the single "Whole Lotta Love". The song is about a groupie who annoyed the band early in their career. In the original UK pressings of Led Zeppelin II it was titled "Livin' Lovin' Wreck (She's a Woman)", with the "Wreck" replaced by "Maid" and the subtitle changed on the US and later releases.

It is often noted that this is guitarist Jimmy Page's least favourite Led Zeppelin song, and was thus never performed in concert. Even though the song was never performed, there was a single show in Düsseldorf during which a short segment of the song was played right after the band's song "Heartbreaker" on 12 March 1970. It was also one of the few Led Zeppelin songs on which Page sang backing vocals. Conversely, singer Robert Plant took a liking to the song, and played it on his 1990 solo tour

LINDA CLIFFORD - BAILING OUT (1979)

Album:  Here's My Love (1979)

I picked up this album at the Frances Morrison book/record sale in 1987 for 10 cents !   On May 16th 1987 I started writing down my favorite songs that I was listening to every single day.  It didnt matter if the song was a new radio hit or a 20 year old album cut this chart would document everything I was liking at that particular moment.  Linda Clifford had the #1 song on the very first chart.

May 21st 1988 - my #3 favorite daily song for 7 days at age 17 the week I graduated from high school.

Linda Clifford (born June 14, 1944, New York) is an American R&B, disco and house music singer and actress, who scored hits from the 1970s to the 1980s, most notably "If My Friends Could See Me Now", "Bridge over Troubled Water", "Runaway Love" and "Red Light".  In 1973, she was signed to Paramount Records and her first single, "(It's Gonna Be) A Long Long Winter", became a minor hit on the U.S. Billboard R&B chart in the winter of 1974. She moved to Curtis Mayfield's Curtom Records label in the mid 1970s. 1977 saw the release of her first album, Linda, but it was her dance cover of "If My Friends Could See Me Now" in 1978 that she had club and pop chart success with. It was her first number one on Billboard dance chart. Album of the same name became her most successful and included also "Runaway Love", a mid-tempo R&B track that proved to be one of her most recognizable tunes. In 1979 she released her disco version of "Bridge over Troubled Water" from the album Let Me Be Your Woman, followed by another record the same year, Here's My Love.  The album hit #117 in USA in 1979.

MOUNTAIN - NEVER IN MY LIFE (1970)

Album:  Mountain Climbing (1970)

My mother bought this album new in 1970 and I always had it growing up but had never listened to it until 1987 at age 16 in Grade 11.   I think it was Mountain that made me appreciate hard rock for the first time.

Climbing!, also known as Mountain Climbing!, is the official debut studio album by American blues-rock band Mountain. Released on March 7, 1970, the album featured the 'classic' Mountain lineup of Leslie West (guitar, vocals), Felix Pappalardi (bass, piano) and Corky Laing (drums, percussion), and followed the West solo album Mountain featuring Pappalardi and drummer Norman Smart, released in 1969 and often credited to the band. Produced by Pappalardi, the album reached number 17 on the American Billboard 200 albums chart and featured the band's best-known song "Mississippi Queen".

Mountain is an American rock band that formed in Long Island, New York in 1969. Originally comprising vocalist and guitarist Leslie West, bassist/vocalist Felix Pappalardi, keyboardist Steve Knight and drummer N. D. Smart, the band broke up in 1972 and has reunited frequently since 1973, remaining active today. Best known for the song "Mississippi Queen", Mountain is one of many bands to be commonly credited as having influenced the development of heavy metal music in the 1970s

YES - WITHOUT HOPE YOU CANNOT START THE DAY (1991)

Album: Union (1991)

July 30th 1991 - my #5 favorite daily song for 6 days at age 20 before starting 3rd year University hanging out a lot with friends Sheldon Trabish and Ross Martin.

After Big Generator in 1987, Jon Anderson teamed up with ex-Yes men Steve Howe, Rick Wakeman and Bill Bruford. The result was Anderson Bruford Wakeman Howe, released in 1989 and supported by a successful tour. Because of the separate existence of Yes (part of the band's name still being owned by Chris Squire), this alternate incarnation were forced to use their surnames as the band's name after Squire threatened legal action. Meanwhile, Yes began composing and recording material for their follow-up, while Anderson Bruford Wakeman Howe did the same, beginning production at Miraval Studios in the South of France in April 1990.  Bowing to record company pressure to resurrect the Yes banner, Squire and Anderson came up with the idea of merging both projects, which resulted in the 1991 album Union.
    RINGO STARR - SIX O CLOCK (1973)

Album:  Ringo (1973)

My family had the 8-track so when I became a Beatles fan this 8-track was in the home at my grandparents so likely started listening to it by 1982 at age 11.   Eventually I had 3 copies of the record.

July 7th 1990 - my #10 favorite daily song for 2 days at age 19 before entering 2nd year University and celebrating Ringo's 50th birthday.

Ringo is the third album by Ringo Starr, released in 1973 on Apple Records. It peaked at #7 on the UK Albums Chart and #2 on the Billboard 200, and has been certified platinum by the RIAA. In Canada, it reached #1 on the RPM national albums chart. The album is noted for the appearance of all four Beatles, and for its numerous guest stars, something which would become a signature for Starr on many of his future albums and tours.

As soon as Starr sent word to all his musician friends to help him in his new venture, they all responded positively. Taking part in the sessions were Marc Bolan, members of The Band, Billy Preston, Klaus Voormann, Nicky Hopkins, Harry Nilsson and Jim Keltner. Additionally, all three of his former bandmates appeared on and composed material for Ringo, and Starr, Lennon and Harrison appear together on the Lennon-penned song "I'm The Greatest". Not surprisingly, when word of the session hit the media, furious Beatles reunion rumours (the first of several) began spreading. It would be the closest to a Beatles reunion until Eric Clapton's wedding party on 19 May 1979, followed by the recording of Harrison's All Those Years Ago in 1981 and the The Beatles Anthology project in 1995.

TOMMY BOYCE & BOBBY HART - PO BOX 9847 (1968)

November 29th 1988 - my #3 favorite daily song for 1 day at age 17 the fall after graduating high school.  I was on a kick of playing music from 1968 in a year long 20th anniversary celebration of my favorite year for music.  I was also putting out my new monthly fanzine Yesterday And Today which covered the history of music.

Tommy Boyce (born Sidney Thomas Boyce, September 29, 1939 — November 23, 1994) and Bobby Hart (born Robert Luke Harshman, February 18, 1939, Phoenix, Arizona) were a prolific songwriting duo, best known for the songs they wrote for The Monkees.   Their partnership made a breakthrough with a song recorded by Chubby Checker, "Lazy Elsie Molly", in 1964. They went on to write hits for Jay & the Americans ("Come a Little Bit Closer"), Paul Revere and the Raiders ("(I'm Not Your) Steppin' Stone") and The Leaves ("Words"). The latter two songs provided the Monkees with hit B-sides in 1967. The duo also wrote the theme song to the daytime soap Days of Our Lives.    In late 1965, they wrote, produced and performed the soundtrack to the pilot of The Monkees, including singing lead vocals (which were later replaced, once the show was cast). " Every original Monkees album (except for the Head soundtrack) included Boyce and Hart songs
THE BEATLES - GLASS ONION (1968)

Album:  The Beatles (White Album) (1968)

This might possibly be the last Beatles album I ever heard as I recorded myself recording singing along with the album in possibly early 1983 (age 12) with my friend David Magnusson (age 10).  I remember taking the album to his house to listen to.   We moved to Ruth Street in December 1982 and I do remember having the large White Album poster up on the wall in my bedroom at that house.  I really played Side 1 way more than the others.   Unfortunately now its possibly my least favorite side as I played those songs to death.

Glass Onion" is a song by The Beatles from their 1968 double-album The Beatles (commonly referred to as The White Album) primarily written by John Lennon and credited to Lennon–McCartney. This is the first track on the White Album to feature Ringo Starr on drums. Starr briefly left the group during recording sessions for the album and was replaced on drums by Paul McCartney on both "Back in the U.S.S.R." and "Dear Prudence

The song refers to several earlier Beatles' songs, including "Strawberry Fields Forever", "I Am the Walrus", "Lady Madonna", "The Fool on the Hill" and "Fixing a Hole". There are also subtle, passing references to "There's a Place", "I'm Looking Through You" and "Within You Without You". The song also refers to the "Cast Iron Shore," a coastal area of south Liverpool known to local people as "The Cazzy".

    QUEEN - KILLER QUEEN (1975) hit #12
Killer Queen" is a song by British rock band Queen. Written by pianist and lead singer Freddie Mercury, it featured on their 1974 album Sheer Heart Attack, and also appears on the band's compilation album, Greatest Hits. When released as a single, "Killer Queen" was Queen's breakthrough hit, reaching number two in the UK and number 12 in the United States. It was released as a double A-side in the UK, the US and Canada (where it reached number 15 in the RPM 100 national singles chart), with the song "Flick of the Wrist". In 1986, it was featured as the B-side to "Who Wants to Live Forever".

Mercury commented that he wrote the lyrics first before adding the musical arrangements. The recording features elaborate four-part harmonies (particularly in the choruses, and also providing backing parts in the verses), and also an elaborate multitracked guitar solo by Brian May, including use of the "bell effect". The song, in the first line, mentions the phrase "Let them eat cake", a phrase (mis)attributed to Marie Antoinette: "Let them eat cake," she said, Just like Marie Antoinette.

Besides using a grand piano as usual, Mercury overdubbed the song with an upright (credited as "jangle piano"), to give the track a vaudeville sound. At one point there are two bass guitars, one of which does a descending run. Contrary to songs for the first two Queen albums, this one was partly recorded outside England, at Rockfield Studios in Wales

Brian May:
“ 'Killer Queen' was the turning point. It was the song that best summed up our kind of music, and a big hit, and we desperately needed it as a mark of something successful happening for us... I was always very happy with this song. The whole record was made in a very craftsman-like manner. I still enjoy listening to it because there's a lot to listen to, but it never gets cluttered. There's always space for all the little ideas to come through. And of course, I like the solo, with that three-part section, where each part has its own voice. What can I say? It's vintage Queen.
    S CLUB 7 - S CLUB PARTY (1999)

March 29th 2000 - my #3 favorite daily song for 93 days at age 29 at the time we had a hassle with mold renting at Cumberland Ave and then moving to Dalmeny, SK

S Club Party" is a dance-pop song written by Mikkel Eriksen, Hallgeir Rustan and Tor Erik Hermansen for S Club 7's debut album S Club (1999). Released in the UK on 20 September 1999, the song was produced and written by Stargate and received a mixed reception from music critics. It was released as the second single in the autumn of 1999 and reached the top spot in New Zealand and number two in Australia. It also reached the top ten in Ireland and the United Kingdom, where it was certified gold.

"S Club Party", the second single from S Club 7, is a song that introduces the audience to the band. Each line of the second verse, describes a different member of S Club 7, "Tina's doing her dance, Jon looking for romance, Paul's getting down on the floor, while Hannah's screaming out for more. Wanna see Bradley swing, wanna see Rachel do her thing, then you got Jo shes got the flow". Each member of the group also has their own "S" shot, where they draw an S in the sky whilst jumping in the air.

SHANIA TWAIN - IS THERE LIFE AFTER LOVE (1995)

Album:  The Woman In Me (1995)

I became a fan of Shania from the day she released her first country single in Canada in Summer 1993 when I was 22.    When she hit superstardom in 1995 I became a Shania fanatic for the next 10 years.  Eventually I had 10 T-shirts and a poster shrine in my office at Eastview and had 3 copies each of all her CD's.    I have seen her live in concert 5 times including:  Canadian Country Music Awards Calgary 1998 and all 4 shows she did in Saskatoon, SK at SaskPlace on June 4th 1998 (her 3rd live show ever!), March 29th 1999, June 9th 2004 and June 11th 2004 (I had front row seat).   She released her 4th CD Up on November 18th 2002 and I bought 62 copies at A&B Warehouse the day it came out as pre-sells that I sold on ebay.  Performing on the road with Marilyn we listened to the Up CD everyday on the road for 10 months.

The Woman in Me, released on February 7, 1995, is the second studio album released by Shania Twain and her first with the majority of the songs co-written by her. It went onto become her biggest-selling recording at the time of its release, selling 4 million copies by the end of the year, and was eventually certified 12× Platinum by the RIAA on December 1, 2000, representing 12 million shipments throughout the United States

HENRY MANCINI - EXPERIMENT IN TERROR TWIST (1962)

Album:  Experiment In Terror (Soundtrack) (1962)

One of my all time favorite instrumental / soundtrack albums.  I knew this album for years before I actually watched the movie for the first time which is worth seeing.

Enrico Nicola "Henry" Mancini (April 16, 1924 – June 14, 1994) was an American composer, conductor and arranger, best remembered for his film and television scores. He won a record number of Grammy Awards, plus a posthumous Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award in 1995. His best-known works include the jazz-idiom theme to The Pink Panther film series ("The Pink Panther Theme") and the theme to the Peter Gunn television series. Mancini had a long collaboration with the film director Blake Edwards and won numerous Academy Awards for the songs in Edwards films including "Moon River" from Breakfast at Tiffany's, "Days of Wine and Roses" and for the score to Victor Victoria.

Experiment in Terror is a 1962 suspense-thriller released by Columbia Pictures. It was directed by Blake Edwards and written by Mildred Gordon and Gordon Gordon based on their 1961 novel Operation Terror. The film stars Glenn Ford, Lee Remick, Stefanie Powers and Ross Martin.

XYLON COZENS - DOWN DOWN DOWN (1995)

Album:  Xylon I (1995)

Xylon Cozens was a childhood friend of mine who was highly influenced by 60's recording with great vocal harmonies such as The Beach Boys.  He had been a member of the accapella vocal group Streetnix.   He began songwriting and came up with some amazing truly original songs and sounds. Recording this album in Saskatoon, SK, Canada in 1995.  His album featured many guest musicians such as his father Nigel Cozens playing guitar tracks.    Some intricate layered vocal harmonies throughout the album which I really liked with some unpleasant sounding chords at times.   I was there for his CD release party.   He had originally recorded some demo's for this album on my 8-track cassette Tascam recorder which I used to rent to him.  I had done a slide guitar track for him but don't know what song it was.  Xylon had formerly been a vocal singer in the accapella group Streetnix from September 1991 to December 1992 at the time I was in 3rd year University.

February 13th 1996 - my #5 favorite daily song for 223 days at age 25 while I was on the road performing with Marilyn now for 2.5 years.  This year I borrowed money from my grandma and bought my very own computer for the first time ever after sharing Marilyn's for the past year so that I could input comic book price guide value details in spreadsheets and also work on printing lyrics for our live show and for doing promotional materials for Marilyn.

THE RUTLES - NUMBER ONE (1978)

Album: The Rutles (1978)

I bought this album new on cassette at Zellers in December 1984 and loved putting on the headphones and jamming along on the drums with it at age 13 in Grade 9 in the basement at 410 Ruth Street where we lived 1982-1991.  The songs were new songs written and inspired to sound like The Beatles using basic musical ideas and varied from actual Beatles songs.  The funny thing is that I think all of The Rutles songs are better than The Beatles songs that they parody.

The Rutles is a soundtrack album to the 1978 telemovie All You Need Is Cash. The album contains over 14 of the tongue-in-cheek, pastiches of Beatles' songs that were featured in the film.

Multiple listenings are required to discern all the sources referenced in titles, lyrics, melodies, and song structures. The primary creative force of the Rutles music was Neil Innes, the sole composer and arranger of the songs. Innes had been the 'seventh' member of Monty Python, as well as one of the main artists behind the Bonzo Dog Doo Dah Band in the late 1960s, who had been featured in the real Beatles' Magical Mystery Tour movie performing "Death Cab For Cutie".

Innes himself credits the three musicians he recruited to assist him on the project as having been enormously important in helping him capture the feel of The Beatles. Guitarist/singer Ollie Halsall and drummer John Halsey had played together in the groups Timebox and Patto. Multi-instrumentalist Rikki Fataar had played with The Flames before joining the Beach Boys in the early 1970s.

JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR original cast - DAMNED FOR ALL TIME - BLOOD MONEY (1971)

Album: Jesus Christ Superstar (1970)

I bought this album used in 1985 at age 14 in Grade 9 at Nudon Book Store on Louise/8th Street.  I also got the movie version of the musical on Beta tape official release that year.   I bought the CD on the road with Marilyn while I was in Yellowknife playing at the Golden Range and the record shop was in the mall across the street in November 1993 at age 22.  I barely saw any sunlight the 3 weeks we were there as I woke up in the afternoons when the sun was already going down.

Jesus Christ Superstar is a 1970 rock opera by Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice. The album musical is a musical dramatisation of the last week of the life of Jesus Christ, beginning with his entry into Jerusalem and ending with the Crucifixion. It was originally banned by the BBC on grounds of being "sacrilegious."

The album's story is based in large part on the Synoptic Gospels and Fulton J. Sheen's Life of Christ, which compares and calibrates all four Gospels. However, greater emphasis is placed on the interpersonal relationships of the major characters, in particular, Jesus, Judas and Mary Magdalene, relationships that are not described in depth in the Gospels.

The album reached #1 on the Billboard chart in 1971 and served as a launching pad for numerous stage productions on Broadway and in the West End. The original 1970 boxed-set issue of this 2-record set was packaged in the U.S. with a special thin brown cardboard outer box which contained the 2 vinyl records and a 28-page libretto. It is also the sixth most successful album of all time in Norway, peaking at #3 and staying on the charts for 87 weeks.

TERRY HOKNES - YOUR MINE (2001) Opus #971

As the new century began a new chapter in songwriting where the focus was more on recording polished songs but writing way less and very sporadic.    I had written 500 songs by the age of 19 and had hit 1000 songs by the age of 25.  But since then I can go over a year at a time without writing a song but really focusing in most cases on a more commercial type of polished song however I still venture into all possible genres.  I continue to play and sing every part on all my songs and recordings.

I hired Neil Meckelborg of Audio Art to record my songs in 2001.  We started out recording a full album at their location downtown behind the Bus depot but eventually worked on recordings at Neil's private studio.  In total we recorded 3 full albums of material of my songs and a full length album of songs I wrote with Marilyn Parney that I produced.  Neil and I also worked on a Trooper hit song karaoke CD in 2001.  I spent 18 months recording with Neil and over 40 songs and over $10,000.00 in studio bills I paid at that time to record the best quality audio ever on my songs.  Neil had used Sonar Cakewalk so I learned how to use it and have used that now for a decade in my own studio.

THE HOLLIES - FALLING CALLING (1974)

Album: The Hollies (1974)

Hollies is a 1974 album by the English pop-rock band The Hollies. The centerpiece is the band's classic cover of Albert Hammond's ballad "The Air That I Breathe," a major worldwide hit that year. It also contains another "Long Cool Woman in a Black Dress soundalike in "The Day That Curly Billy Shot Down Crazy Sam McGee".

The Hollies are an English pop and rock group, formed in Manchester in the early 1960s, though most of the band members are from throughout East Lancashire. Known for their distinctive vocal harmony style, they became one of the leading British groups of the 1960s and early-1970s. They enjoyed considerable popularity in many countries, although they did not achieve major US chart success until 1966. Along with The Rolling Stones and The Searchers, they are one of the few British pop groups of the early 1960s that have never officially broken up and that continue to record and perform. The Hollies were inducted to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2010

LINDSAY LOHAN - WHO LOVES YOU (2005)

Album:  A Little More Personal (2005)

My favorite power/pop girl album ever made - she had topped what Avril Lavigne had started in the early 2000's.   I just love every song on this album making it one of my favorites of all time.  While most would laugh at me liking music by Lindsay I defend it as the songs are all so strong, with great hooks and she had the best songwriters working on this album.

October 25th 2006 - my #10 favorite daily song for 17 days at age 35 living at Eastview and now dating Valerie for 8 months sand Nicholas was 4 months old.

A Little More Personal (Raw) is the second studio album by American recording artist Lindsay Lohan. It was released on December 6, 2005 by Casablanca Records (Universal Music). Initially titled There's Only One Angel In Heaven, the album, produced by Kara DioGuardi, Greg Wells, Ben Moody and Butch Walker, features a darker theme when compared to Lohan's previous album, Speak (2004). Recording sessions took place in several locations, including at Lohan's trailer during the shoot of Herbie: Fully Loaded, where she recorded the first and only single of the album, "Confessions of a Broken Heart (Daughter to Father)".
